The 11th Belau Games came to a close on Sunday, July 2, 2017. Below is a message from the 11th Belau Games Organizing Committee :
With years of preparations and training’s, the 10 days Belau National Games has come to an end. We have seen many different game faces along the way from losing to winning, some were celebrating for their win and some were emotional for their loses. Many athletes, coaches and fans were upset and frustrated and other who were celebrating in joy and happiness for their accomplishments. At the end of the day, that is the true Olympic spirit we all share in every games we play. With that being said, we would like to congratulate all the Athletes, Coaches and spectators for all the hard work and efforts for your success. We also would like to thank all the volunteers for your time and commitments and also our sponsors and partners for your continuous support in all the sports program in Palau and the Region.
